Super-fast start

Impressively quickly after receiving the building permit on 28 February, Danny made sure that his zSanchez team started the earthworks on 4 March. 2 working days after the building permit. Very pleasing. 15-19 March was then a break because of the Fallas, the most important festival of the year.

The foundations with steel and concrete were to be laid at the beginning of April, and the first foundation walls were promised shortly before Easter. Easter around 20 April was another public holiday break and nothing could be seen. Then the steel constructor was unable to deliver as promised due to overload.

Already a month behind schedule

The foundations are not laid until 14 May and the floor slab can be concreted. So we have already lost a month.

Unfortunately, this was the reason for a crisis meeting with Danny and Jocelyn. Even if the construction company is not originally responsible for the delay of its suppliers, it is still fully responsible. We don’t have a contract with the subcontractor, but with the property developer.

Danny promised to do everything he could to make up for the lost time. He promised the maximum number of workers and that our house would be the fastest new build ever.

We like to hear it and we are even more impressed.
